The Kotter Group is made up of a small but energetic team of IT experts who have spent years working in the insurance industry. We are not insurance agents who tried to learn something about computers. We are true geeks who have worked hard to learn the ins and outs of the insurance industry. Over the past 13+ years, we have worked with hundreds of agencies and thousands of agents all across the country, leveraging our experience and expertise to create the perfect blend of IT automation for each agency. Since 1996, The Kotter Group has provided businesses and individuals with customized technology solutions. Initially specializing in retail computer sales and support, The Kotter Group quickly grew and developed professional markets, providing hardware, software, networking, and support services to insurance/financial industry clients throughout The United States. Our ability to stay abreast of technology changes, diversify, adapt, and truly be experts in our field has played a major role in our surviving the “dot com busts” of the late 1990s, 2003, and 2008 that sunk many of our competitors. We are happy to be on solid ground and are eager to provide our expertise to others.
We currently support thousands of users across the United States with our technical support services, remote data backup, and virtual office solutions.
