No. We cannot host the Progressive Policy Downloader on the Virtual Desktop system directly because it is not designed for this type of environment. It cannot be made to process more than a single agencies’ data.

Instead, we have the agent download the files to their local computer where we link to them from within the Virtual Office server environment and move the files over for importing into the management system. This is not a completely automated process, it does require the user to double click on an icon to initiate the copy.

Some configuring may need to be done when you sign up to get this working so please just mention your need for this service when converting so that our technicians will know to address this with you during setup.
