You will still go to your vendor for the support of the actual agency management system or other software applications, but The Kotter Group stands ready to assist you. In particular, it is our job to make sure that everything is up and running and to deal with issues involving your connections into the data center. We also have the ability (with your permission) to “shadow” your session to see exactly what is going on should you need assistance.
